I was charged £36 to find a fault with my vehicle. After promising to contact me with a price they didn’t! I phoned them 3 times only to be cut off twice and was then told they would contact me, I am still waiting. I will not use again and do not recommend you have repairs done here.

I bought a BMW from Witham Vehicle Solutions a while ago now and the cars been great. It was clean and as described, also good value. There was one slight issue with the car but the dealer sorted it straight out for me. I would recommend for there great aftercare!

What can I say about Whitam Vehicle Solutions...to be honest not enough. The person we dealt with was Steve, what a fantastic bloke. Nothing was to much trouble, there was no feeling of being rushed, we were offered coffee, we know that we kept asking the same questions over and over because we couldn't take it all in on what this lovely car could do. Steve offered to pick us up from the station when we went to pick the cars up which I thought was just brilliant. All the staff were greeting us like friends....Steve made it a very enjoyable experience. Thankyou Whitam Vehicle Solutions and thankyou Steve..you were amazing

Everything was superb from Witham Vehicle Solutions! I recently bought an Audi A6 from them and I had no problems at all in doing so! Stuart was a really good Sales Adviser, Very helpful and friendly! I would certainly recommend this dealership. The car is still running perfectly and its been a few months!

Although I'm happy with the car I found the service to be a little slow, they didn't do anything to the car until the money was transferred which meant I had to wait longer than I would have liked to pick the car up whilst they serviced it and got it ready. The car itself is very good, it had one minor issue which was sorted under guarantee and has been fine since.
