Overall, I'd give the experience a solid 4 stars. There's always room for improvement, but I don't have any complaints.

Aye, my Ford Transit's been spot on, touch wood. I've drove it all the way from Scotland to Liverpool, and it's been fine the whole way. Joseph was very informative, he let me take the van for a spin, which was perfect. There was nae hard sell or anything like that. Overall, I couldn't fault it, to be honest.
