Definitely a 5 great service friendly staff great van will use again 5 star service 👍

The customer service was alright, and other than a few small issues I need to resolve, the van has been okay. I would rate my experience 3 stars, mainly because I had to wait a few hours when I went to collect the van while some repairs were being completed.

I have already recommended Woodlands Van Centre to my friend who is looking for a pickup. I told him that they have a wide range of pickups and offer a great level of customer service there.

It was a very quick and efficient process with no messing about, and I got exactly what I wanted, so I’d have to give it full marks.

I’ve been enjoying the Ford Fiesta Van. I haven’t driven it too much, but when I have, it’s been great. My experience at Woodlands Van Centre was straightforward. I went to view it, discussed it with the salesman, and left with it within a few hours.

Everything seems okay with the Mercedes Sprinter I bought from Woodlands Van Centre. I drove it from Scotland back down to Ipswich, and it drove well without a hitch. The guys at Woodlands were pleasant and good as gold, easy to get on with, and since I’ve had no problems whatsoever, it has to be five stars.

John was fantastic. I was desperate for a van, and he was very informative. He made it clear what my limitations were and which vans I could get through finance. I went in on Tuesday, and by Wednesday I had the van. I would give John and Woodlands a 5 out of 5.

The Toyota Hi-Lux has been bang on and John at the dealership was spot on no bother at all, happy with the van and the process.
