Done about 1000 miles since purchase already, not had any faults, really great vehicle. The buying process was spot on, the guy I dealt with was no bother at all. I phoned up, equired, went to view and take for a test drive, he wasn't at any point pushing for a sale, a very relaxed and easy process. If I had any questions, he was happy to answer and go over things with me. Would use them again.

John was extremely helpful, we didn't give him much time as we called and regarding the Sprinter half an hour before turning up at the dealership. In all fairness, he got us out the door in a hour and he still had it cleaned and prepared within that time frame. We are already in talks with Woodlands about getting other vehicles, would absolutely use them again.

When I originally test drove, there was a knocking noise which the guys sorted for me right away. However another noise did come up which I was told would go away with driving the van. After a few weeks it was unfortunately still there, so I did have to take it back. The guys fixed it for me within a day which was appreciated but just as some future feedback I feel issues like that should be resolved prior to letting a vehicle leave the dealership as it saves everyone time and hassle.

My new Isuzu Grafter has been all good, and the service was wonderful.

I would give woodlands 5 because I was pleased with the service and everything is going well with the Ford transit that I purchased.

Everything has been great with the ford ranger I got, had no issues with it. Great drive. The service with the guys was spot on, I am still waiting for my service history to be sent from me but apart from that the experience was faultless.

For the van i haven't used it yet just drove it home which was a sweet drive to be honest with you really nice comfy van As for woodland vans John was great from start to finish even went out of his way to do me a video walkround of the vehicle really nice and easy to talk to and as for the buying process was really fast and simply probably my easiest and quickest buying if any of my previous vehicles

Really quick process, everything was done within a few days, no messing about, no hassle. Exactly what you want out of a dealership. They are local to me which was handy, it was my first time using them, and they have left me with a good impression. Not driven the van much yet as swapping over vehicles however all seems fine.
