Very poor customer service! Do not believe their 'we take pride in offering first class customer service', it is a load of rubbish. 18th Dec - found an advert for vehicle I was looking for, right spec and budget etc, filled out enquiry form. 19th Dec - sales person called, spoke on the phone about the vehicle (and also asked them to email to confirm Christmas open hours as was out and about at the time, never received anything). 24th Dec - emailed asking their Christmas open hours, had an initial reply asking which department, replied saying sales (that I had already enquired about said vehicle), then never heard anything back. 27th Dec - called to confirm the vehicle was available still at 4pm, and check they were closed the following day - Sunday. Was told yes closed tomorrow, and yes the vehicle is still available... Great! And I told them I would be there Monday morning. 29th Dec - two and a half hour drive (150 miles) to get there, arrived at 10am. Then I had to search for someone to speak to (who it turned out was supposedly the sales manager), only to be told the vehicle was already sold!!! That was after he had to make two calls to find out where the vehicle was. But if you are the sales manager, surely you should know already, what is available, what has been sold (and when it's been quite recent atleast). He claimed, oh yes we did have an email enquiry (Mr __, I assume that's you.. Yes!), but we didn't ever speak to anyone, bullsh**! Just two days before I spoke to someone, as well as who ever followed up my initial enquiry, and also emailed separately from that enquiry. Other than managing to say it was sold, and 'there must have been a mix up somewhere' there was little else - barely an apology. As I started to leave, walking out the quite rundown showroom someone else appeared (who appeared to be the boss) and asked, can I help? So I explained the situation, and he confirmed that the vehicle must be sold and wasn't available, and at least acknowledged it was not a good situation and an apology. At the same time, the first person (sales manager) I spoke with made a quick escape out of the building. He was then called back into the building 'for a bollocking' [his words], and after a while it turns out that it was apparently sold 'sometime before Christmas'. So was it ever even available when I was in touch? How the sales manager, and whoever I had been in touch with on the phone and via email, didn't manage to know it was already sold and not available shows a real lack of professionalism and knowledge. Even while we was there, there were still active ads for the vehicle on cargurus, marketplace, their own website (and who knows where else as well). You would have thought the least they could do was offer to cover fuel costs as a gesture of good will, after admitting it was a massive error, but no nothing. If you want to avoid disappointment, then I would recommend you use another garage.

Sales from Dealership in response to Faulty car refuse refund, 12 days!
Beware of this person comes out with complete lies
I have been Woodleigh Motor Sales on two occasions. Once three years ago it was clear the car had accident repair damage which was not mentioned, when I asked about the very shoddy repair the sales men dropped his head and just walked away. The next occasion just today found the car to be in bad condition and unsafe to drive, when i asked the salesman he informed me 'i would advise you not to drive this on the motorway ' I have recorded the salesmen saying exactly this, i would not visit this place and 100% do not have faith in the safety of the stuff they sell and it would seem the sales man agrees? Dont waste your time on this place

Sales department from Dealership in response to Cars not as described
All the cars you came to look at were part exchanges to clear your not going to get a perfect car for the price of cars you were looking at which were all under £500
Sadly my experience here has not been stellar, with less than 500 miles on my Boxster since purchase my bios are already nearing £2000. They did replace the passenger side control unit after a bit of a debate but I still have had to replace could packs, lambda sensors, discs and assorted other parts.

I purchased a VW Scirocco from Woodleigh Motor Sales. The team were pretty helpful and the car is great and in really good shape, no problems. All good so far.
