Highly recommend Wordsley Motor Co. They have a really nice range of quality used cars. We have used them before and have always felt like we’re in safe hands. Neil is friendly and genuine and we felt under no pressure to buy – the whole process was very relaxed. We were delighted that Neil was on hand to assist to us on a Sunday. The car was immaculate and runs beautifully – we drove away very happy customers.

I've had a few cars over the years that were hand-me-downs from family members but now I have a couple of years NCD and I'm over the terrible insurance quote threshold age-wise I set my sights on a Hyundai Coupe Siii. I searched for over 6 months for the perfect example on AutoTrader when I found by far the best example I'd seen. It was offered by Wordlsey Motor Co, at around a similar price point to all the others in the same spec but with twice as many miles and not as young nor as looked after. I did my research and found that Wordsley Motor Co had perfect ratings so the next day I rang Zuto to buy it... Upon speaking to my 'car buying expert' he informed me that he's dealt with the garage before and specifically, he's dealt with Neil at Wordsley Motor Co before. He informed me that Neil is fantastic, happy to help, honest and trustworthy and that the car was a great deal and had no hidden surprises (from their background checks). I bought it. When the fine details were sorted with Zuto, which by the way, was a painless, fast and transparent experience too, they told me that Wordsley had the money and I could arrange a pickup from them. This was just 3 days after making the initial call... I called Wordsley the same evening (Monday) and spoke to a very helpful guy on the phone who told me everything was great and I was free to pick it up from Wednesday. Being excited for my first car I asked, tongue-in-cheek, if they could wait for me to get there as my dad was coming with me and he didn't finish work until 4pm and we lived 140 miles away (2 1/2 hours) and I knew they shut at 6pm. The gentleman said "Yes, no worries at all, that's absolutely fine, what time are you thinking", "Great, I've booked you in for 6-6:30" and took some details. Upon arriving I met Neil who was one of the most polite and helpful people you could ever meet and when I apologised for making him wait he assured me they love to do it because they know people work and people travel the country for the right car now! He quickly and helpfully sorted all the paperwork for us, we had a lovely chat in between the important stuff and we were on our way in a steal of a deal car in mint condition WITH over half a tank of fuel! Thank you so much Wordsley Motor Co, but in particular Neil, for the most pleasant first time car buying experience and I hope to give you my service when the time comes to get a new car! Nick.
