I recently purchased a Mazda 2 2011 from XCL Motors and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Less than a month into ownership, the car has exhibited a plethora of issues that were not disclosed at the time of purchase. Firstly, the clutch is completely worn out, making driving the vehicle a challenging and unsafe experience. Additionally, the car is riddled with rust, a clear indication of neglect and lack of proper maintenance over the years. The rear axle is particularly affected by rust, posing a serious safety concern. Furthermore, the accessories belt is cracked, indicating potential underlying mechanical issues that could lead to costly repairs down the line. Despite paying £3,450 for the car, it is evident that the vehicle is far from roadworthy and requires extensive repairs. When I reached out to XCL Motors to address these issues, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. They callously stated that the car is "moving" so nothing can be done, effectively washing their hands of any responsibility. I am utterly disappointed and appalled by the lack of integrity displayed by XCL Motors. Their deceptive practices and refusal to acknowledge the glaring issues with the vehicle demonstrate a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and safety. In conclusion, I urge anyone considering purchasing a car from XCL Motors to proceed with extreme caution. Their lack of transparency and willingness to sell unreliable vehicles make them untrustworthy and unworthy of conducting business with. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dodgy company at all costs.
