My wife and I have purchased a new Nissan XTrail E power. We received the car today and the service that we have been given this week has been excellent. We would like to thank the whole sales team for making us feel so welcome; one of the many reasons that we came back to Yeomans Nissan Bognor. The car is the fourth vehicle that we have bought from this garage and we have always been so well looked after. A special mention to salesman Adrian Thomas for being a genuinely nice guy. Nothing was too much trouble and his patience and teaching skill whilst demonstrating all the car’s amazing features were impressive. Thank you Adrian and sales manager Fabian for taking such good care of two extremely satisfied customers.

After a very poor experience with Cazoo where the car I had ordered was delayed for over two weeks with no real explanation - made worse by a very frustrating customer service system where I had to wait ~20 minutes on hold to speak to anyone, I cancelled and decided to look for a car from a dealership. From the first time I spoke to Nissan Bognor Regis on the phone, it was a completely different experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly. Start to finish, completely smooth sailing. I've ended up with a great little used car, with a proper dealership service history and a full year's warranty. And a few days ago, the manager of the dealership even drove over to me in Brighton to deliver an item that couldn't be sent over on the day of delivery. All in all, brilliant service from a proper sales team. Would highly recommend! Thanks guys!

This is the first time I have ordered a car from Nissan, and I am so glad tht I chose Yoemans in Bognor. My order was dealt with by Dawn Cook, and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. Dawn went out of her way to get my car as early as possible and delivered 100%. I would highly recommend this dealership without a second thought. When you need a Nissan, try these guys.
