Sadly everything has been a poor experience and we wish we had never gone to them. Flashy showrooms do not equate to a good experience. Big expensive mistake buying a car from them which we regret. Terrible pre and after sales service not interested in resolving issues.

Bought a jaguar xf from this dealership , the car is great but having g picked it up from the garage and doing a 70 return home I found the rear door was faulty meaning I couldn't actually lock the car. I also found the previous owners bank receipts and coffee holder down the side of the drivers seat. Although the door was eventually fixed there was supposed to have been a 100+ quality check which clearly is just words. Expected a jaguar dealer to be superb but had better service from car supermarket.

I recently bought this car from Lloyd Jaguar York. These people are all over you upto the point of purchase. As soon as you have technical or mechanical issues they don’t want to know. When within 6 months you exercise your right of reject these people GHOST YOU. These people are untrustworthy and liars I will be taking these obnoxious retards to court to get my money back as they’ve now passed a point of no return

Customer service is worse than ZERO! Following numerous phone calls regarding buying a new Jaguar XE and trading my 1 year old E Pace. The salesman Matt left me a voicemail on Friday at 17:20. I returned the call at 17:24 and left a message with one of his colleagues to let him know I would call in over the weekend and asked for a call back which never happened. I then drove from 66 miles from Brough to York on Sunday as the salesman Matt had asked to see my car to give a trade in value before we could proceed. When I got there he was just rude and said he didn’t have time to see me I explained that I had made a special journey there, he said he still didn’t have time for me then turned his back on me and walked away. I guess customers are just an inconvenience and Inchape Jaguar actually don’t want to sell cars!

Jaguar York must be the best around, the layout and facilities are second to none. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, no pressure to buy, you’re free to browse and coffee is offered even if you’re just browsing. The service facilities (workshop) is most impressive and there’s plenty of parking space.
