I found Dan to be a nice enough chap. He was honest and genuine about a lot of things concerning the car which I appreciated. It needed a fair few things doing to it before collection, and true to his word they were all done when he said they would be. Unfortunately his valeter let him down which was a shame, but I can't blame Dan as he was relying on a third party. Still waiting for my spare key which he's said he's posting out, so once I receive that it'll make life a lot easier for me and the wife.

Buying my Alfa Romeo Giulietta from Daniel was an absolutely brilliant experience. He’s such an honest, down-to-earth and genuinely lovely chap who clearly takes great pride in the cars he sells. His customer service is exceptional and he’s true to his word, which is something that’s rare these days. I actually work in customer service training and if everyone approached their customers like Daniel does, the world would be a better place! I’ll definitely be taking my partner back when it’s time for her to change her car. Seriously impressive.

I had been looking for a Tiguan for a while when I came across the one at Your Motoring. It had the best price I had found and it has been great since I purchased it back in August. There was a bit of a dispute with the mileage being higher than advertised, but other than this the customer service was good.

I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta in July. I was happy with the customer service when I was buying the car, although it did have to go in to have a few issues resolved, which they did fix. For this reason, I would give my overall experience a 3-star rating.

The car hasn't been driven yet, as it's for my daughter's 17th birthday but it's been absolutely fine up to now. Everything to do with the sales process all went smoothly, it was delivered on time, and I was very impressed.

There was a couple of issues with the car that I've had to sort out myself over the weekend but nothing that affects how it drive, which is good as I do about 1000 miles a week. I had to chase, as I still haven't got my logbook, but I was told they will chase the DVLA for this. Everything else with my experience was good and the salesman that looked after me was great.

The dealership has good aftersales, as I had a leaky radiator. But once I mentioned this to the team, they pretty much fixed it as soon as it happened. Altogether, I would say the service is excellent, and I would potentially look to go back again if they had something of interest.

The car has been brilliant, with no issues at all. Daniel's customer service was really good, he went above and beyond to make everything easy for us. The car wasn't ready when we arrived, but he personally delivered it to us on time, free of charge. I would definitely buy from them again. 5 stars.

The service at Your Motoring was outstanding. We felt completely welcomed from the moment we walked onto the lot. Our salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer every question and providing all the details we needed about the car. Honestly, this was hands down the best experience we've had buying a car from a dealership. Our Audi was in immaculate condition. When we arrived to pick it up, they were putting the final touches on the detailing, and it was spotless. They even vacuumed the boot, and the lines left on the carpet were very neat. Small details like this are what make a difference. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone and would not think twice about using them again in the future.

Daniel was a sound guy who was extremely helpful and friendly during the purchase of my Ford Transit. I could not be happier with my van; it is smooth to drive and doing the job I need it to.
