Shame I didn't see the other reviews before trying to buy a car from Zone Cars UK - now called Cars and Commercials, Bristol. Run by the now infamous Wayne Marsh and K Rehman at 5 Ashton Vale Rd Bristol. Similar experience to the other reviewers - they are totally unable to tell the truth or to honour any of their promises. Wasted a whole weekend trying to buy a Golf from them - plus train fares and a deposit of £100. Glad I never got to drive the car away as the problems would most likely have got worse from there. They keep telling you what they think you want to hear - in person, on phone and in texts/emails - while not meaning any of it. Avoid like the plague they are!

Lies from the start,, sold us a van which was not fit for purpose. despite many calls and told he would fix it, he called to say his boss ( yeah ok ) said he would not fix it now. gone to trading standards and watchdog and would ask anyone else who has had a problem with ZONE CARS or VALE CARS or AFFORDABLE CARS to do the same

They are under the name Vale Cars they have scammed me , i purchased a car in september engine light came on almost immediately, the head light was loose, they said it had new m.o.t however have had to replace window wipers and pay for tracking, have been waiting 6 weeks to be fixed but they have just been making excuse or ignoring me. They have changed names, the worst mistake was purchasing a car from them!!

We bought a car in January 2017 that had problems from the off. The 3 month warranty didn’t exist and Wayne kept promising to have the car fixed which never materialised. They wouldn’t give us a refund either. We formally rejected the car and have gone through the courts but a court appointed bailiff was unable to recoup our money as apparently they no longer trade there and there were no saleable goods. We are over £2000 out of pocket and not sure what to do next. It’s a lot of money!

Zone Cars Uk is the worst car dealer ever! awful communication awful customer service! sold my car and now im being told it has been involved in a hit and run after I have sold it!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! it will cost you more money! they sold me a dodgy megane ended up costing me more to get it fixed than what I paid for it!

Partner purchased a car from Zone Cars UK in Jan 16, and I wish that we hadn't gone near them. He has spent over £1500 fixing issues on the car that should have been resolves before purchase, and the real kicker is that a letter turned up 2 days ago, stating there is outstanding finance on the vehicle that we had no idea about! Absolutely disgusting customer care they take your money and tell lies about everything they supposed to put a Mondeo in for MOT on a Mondeo 11/2/17 and said failed on rear calipers. Checked DVLA car wasn't put in for the MOT, now im out of pocket and still no car, solicitors here i come.

My daughter paid a £400 deposit two weeks ago and is still waiting for her car. They just give a give a different excuse each time. She rang them 28 on Thursday and still no car. They are taking advantage of a vulnerable single mother. The did loan her a car but not only did it not start it was not taxed either so she could not use it. Stay away from Zone Cars UK.
