I had been after a specific car for a few months, one come up at zoom, I rang up and the level of knowledge Dan and Ben had on the car was absolutely amazing! None of the normal salesman pitch, I have never felt so relaxed buying a car, both instantly made me feel welcome and when I went to view the vehicle made me feel at home. The car was even better than they explained which was also a bonus. I had contacted these guys even late at night and they always had time to answer a few questions. The car was presented in an excellent condition and part exchanging my old car was easy. The previous owner of the vehicle had credit on the car and Dan very patiently dealt with Santander to ensure that this was cleared before we left the office. Dan made a nice brew and even had colouring books and crayons in the office to keep our daughter busy while the purchase was completed which was extremely helpful.

Unfortunately on viewing I was unable to test drive the car myself but Tim was really accommodating and took me for a drive so I could still get. A feel for the car.
