Just want to thank Dan and Sharon at Zoom. The purchase was straight forward and easy and the car was very well presented. I really want to focus though, on how lovely and welcoming Dan and Sharon were. Myself and my partner couldn’t get any child care so we’re forced to bring our 18 month old daughter, they couldn’t of been any more accommodating, the offices had a toy box that kept her entertained and Sharon even out on the Teletubbies for her. Overall the buying experience was as pleasant as it could be and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

Great group of people. Everything we asked was answered. All worries about buying a vehicle online where quickly calmed. Nothing was to much trouble, including delivering the car on a weekend and nearly a 3 hour drive for them. Thanks for a great car, and a great and easy purchase.

Went here on recommendation from another buyer, was I glad I took his advice! Just so relaxing a time found the car I wanted and a very smooth conclusion to the deal .........polite staff extremely knowledgeable, my new vehicle was pristine on collection

The moment I opened the door to their office I was greeted by Dan and Sharon and made at home straight away. Dan asked what vehicle we were looking for I told him I was looking for a BMW and he explained that the vehicle was not on his premises at this moment but he could have the vehicle there tomorrow.
It was my own fault I should have rang before and made arrangements to view the vehicle we arranged a time to view the vehicle the next day we turned up as arranged and the vehicle was immaculately presented
We went for a test drive and returned to the office to discuss part exchange prices and agreed to purchase the vehicle. It was a pleasure to buy a vehicle from them it was so relaxing no pressure. Sharon made us a coffee while Dan was sorting all the paperwork out and even sorted out my cherished number plate transfer as well.
I have never bought a car in the past where the salesman is so easy to get on with and very knowledgeable and not pushy, Dan you are a gentleman and I can highly recommend your company and I wish you all the success that you deserve in the future. Many thanks to Sharon as well during the hand over of the BMW
