I had advertised my car on Autotrader and was contacted by Zoom Automotive (Tim). We discussed the car, history etc. agreeing a price for the car over the phone. Tim paid a deposit via Bank Transfer to secure the car within an hour of the call and arranged the viewing of the car for the next day. Tim arrived to view the car the next day as agreed, and kept me informed of his arrival time. Tim viewed the car, took it for a test drive using trade plates for insurance and was purchased the car at the agreed price. There was no conversations over price reduction, condition of the car etc. as it was all as we had discussed and detailed within the original Autotrader advert. Payment was made immediately via bank transfer. On receiving payment we completed the necessary paperwork and Tim drove the car away. This was a very easy car sale process.

First contact received while at work from Tim who politely and quickly explained who he was and why he was calling, and if I was interested to call back. I called back as intrigued and very pleasantly surprised by Tim and Dans openness about their car business. Tim arranged to catch train to my home town where I picked up Tim, who arrived complete with trade plates. The next hour was a very painless experience. Tim drove my car, explaining more of the process. Once all paperwork had been checked Tim contacted Dan at HQ and within 20 minutes the agreed price monies were in my account. Tim then helped me through the online process of informing DVLA of sale of car to a dealer. Thanks Tim & Dan of Zoom Automotive. Well what can I say, Dan was fantastic and very professional along with rapid service and rapid results literally viewed Friday evening at 6pm and picked up new vehicle sat afternoon at 3pm. Truck was immaculate as described and did not disappoint. Will definitely deal again a++++++++
