Great service, relaxed friendly staff. No pushy sales people, staff allow you to browse and make your own decisions in your own time.
Excellent service from every one who dealt with my test drive, purchase and part exchange. Easily a 10 out of 10 experience. I would highly recommend Royston garage (Reynolds motor group) a try if your planning to purchase a car.

What a team they have at Reynolds Motor Group. Brilliant place to buy a car, bend over backwards to help. Not just a bit, but a lot more than other garages.

Honestly Reynolds Motor Group is one of the best used car dealerships i have used, it was my first time doing finance and they couldn't of made it any easier i got the car i wanted for the monthly payments i wanted and the staff was very friendly.

My husband bought me a car from Reynolds Motor Group two days before Christmas as a gift. He paid £2,300 ‘sold as seen’. The first day I went out in it alone to do some shopping, it wouldn’t start, it turned out the terminal for the battery hadn’t been secure & had come off, I rung & left a message just to say it was a careless & inconvenient, never received a reply. Shortly after first driving it, I realised more & more problems, the parking sensors wouldn’t work (we were assured they did), the engine kept going into ‘limp mode’ making motorway driving a no no. A phone call by my husband to the garage resulted in a typical ‘sorry but it was sold as seen’ so 6 months later after spending almost £1000 to rectify various problems, I had no choice but to part ex it, the Garage I took it to recognised 42 FAULTS!!! I have literally lost most of my money. NEVER buy from this garage unless you really know cars and certainly never take their word that the car is sound!

Sold a car that was classed as dangerous and unsafe to use on the road. They lied about the condition of the car and many hidden faulty were found! When I managed to contact them, the manager was aggressive and very very rude! He failed to help or take any responsibility. they will ignore your phone calls and emails. I had to take the company to court.
