On arrival the car was really well presented and nothing was too much trouble for the team. They were really friendly and more than happy to explain anything on the vehicle. They went through all the paperwork with me thoroughly, which was really helpful. The car has been fantastic since! Sofia and John were amazing to deal with, and I will definitely be going back to them for my next vehicle. What an amazing family run garage 😊

The car I purchased has been great value for my money. It gets me from A to B without any issues, so there's not much more to it.

Before I found this dealership, I was having a nightmare trying to look for a good quality car. When I arrived at Trade Cars 4 U, it was a completely different experience with John and the team. Everyone I had the chance to speak to was lovely, and it made the whole experience a lot more relaxed. I can't fault the experience at all. My Ford Kuga has been a great car since and I'm happy to give 5 stars.

On the whole, it was a great experience at Trade Cars 4 U. I purchased my car back in May but it's still driving well and I'm very happy with it. I received great service from the team while I was at the dealership and although there was a small issue with a key fob, the team were quick to resolve it right away.

Manically everything is running great, and the performance of the Ford Focus ST-3 has been spot on. The customer service I received from the team went just as well, and there were no problems.

Outstanding car buying experience from start to finish. John couldn't have done enough for me and I felt very well looked after throughout the process. I ended up driving away in a lovely BMW 320D. I would happily recommend Trade Cars 4 U to people in the market for a new car.

Since having the car delivered back in May I reckon I've only added 500 miles to the clock. It's a lovely car. It's in pristine condition but I think it's just not suitable for me for the couple of times a week I go out in it, so I might have to sell it. It's a shame because I do love it. John and Sofia both deserve 10 out of 5 stars because they were excellent. A test drive was offered by the team, but I didn't bother with it because it looked exactly like the advert, if not better and I was assured if I wasn't happy with it then I could return it. I have had no end of people commenting on how great it looks. If I could rate over 5 then I would.

It's mainly the wife who drives the BMW daily, and up to now she hasn't mentioned any issues with it, so we can't complain. The car was quickly put through its paces because we drove it all the way back to Norwich and then shortly after we went to Cornwall on holiday, where it performed perfectly. This was our first time visiting this dealership and everything was fantastic, the service was really top draw. John even collected me from the train station on the day of the handover. You can't ask for better service than that.

Trade Cars 4 U was a pleasure to do business. Everyone who was involved in the lead up to me driving away in the Audi S6 was great. It was an easy process and I got a great car. No issues from me.

So far my BMW 535D has been driving well. On the day I agreed to take the car, the team were very helpful at making arrangements to get the car delivered. It arrived on time, and you could tell it had just been valeted because it was clean inside & out. I've since taken the car around Europe, and it hasn't caused me any issues.
