Agreed to buy a vehicle from one of the salesmen. After securing the deal with me , they went on and sold the same car to someone else , and reneged on my deal because the other buyer included a Finance deal . I was devastated and was left high and dry , dropped like a hot brick without any reasonable explanation or apology.
Absolutely despicable low life dishonest behaviour from an apparently ‘ honourable ‘ dealer .
I will never buy a car from them and recommend any prospective customers to shop elsewhere.

Steve spoke my language in terms of technical info ,was able to interpret the sort of vehicle I was looking for and sold me the Mercedes I have purchased from Saxton 4x4.Everbody my wife and I came into contact there were polite and nothing was too much trouble.

Living in Scotland I saw a BMW on the Saxton 4x4 website I liked and arranged to come down to buy it through Jason Broadhurst who was more than helpful. On arrival I was very disappointed in the condition of the car. It had not been properly valeted and had a number of other cosmetic problems (scratches, marks and chips on the windscreen). I decided to take it anyway and drove it home with the promise that the problems would be corrected and to be fair, thanks to Jason, they were without any hassle. Overall the sales process was good but the delivery was disappointing but I was happy with they way they corrected all problems in a timely manner.
