Everyone at Nuneaton has been really friendly to deal with while I was purchasing my Vauxhall Grandland hybrid. Someone was always close by to answer any questions but not to close they were on my shoulder the whole time. The only issue I'd say I have would be that the car didn't come with a handbook, but it's only a small issue but I know I can order one off the internet.

Recently I took my BMW 3 Series to Bristol and back with no issues whatsoever. I'm due to go back so I look forward to the drive. I would happily deal with Jak again, as he was the lovely young man who looked after me and I found him very easy to talk too.

Tim you were amazing! - I honestly can't express enough how happy I was with the service. After agreeing to take the car, I had some issues with the car finance but Tim kept in touch with me while he was sorting it and managed to save the deal. I would happily recommend this company to anyone buying a car.

Since I had a Zoe before, I was in the market for another electric car and after test driving a few at Nuneaton, I went for the Nissan Leaf. I did like my previous car but with the Leaf being bigger it just gives me that extra bit of room. Thank you to Lewis for being very patient while I was deciding.

Everything is going well with my Volkswagen Golf so I can't complain! Clinton was fine on the day as well.

Off the top of my head I can't think of anything I'd do differently about buying a car but I'm happy with my purchase of the Vauxhall Corsa. It's my daily car and It's dong everything it should.

The car is going good, but it didn’t come with floor mats is my only comment about my experience. Lily was really good, though. It was a busy day, and we hadn’t booked an appointment, but they still made time for us. We were interested in two cars, and Lily passed us the keys and left us on our own to check them out, which I appreciated as most dealerships aren't that trusting. It was definitely worth the 2-hour 30-minute drive up there. All our questions were answered.  4 stars—overall, a positive experience, but just missing those floor mats!

Volkswagen e-up! I've had it for a month now, and everything's going sound. I'm still waiting on the charge cable, but other than that, I love it. I did have an "Oh no" moment on a long trip when I had only 26% battery left before making it to a charging point, but I made it to a charging port just in time! Jak was grand, he was really good and easy to talk to. I'd say he's far less pushy than what I’ve experienced at other dealerships. It didn't feel like typical sales pressure, which was refreshing change. 5 stars for me. Nuneaton is the best dealership I’ve been to, and I'd happily recommend them to friends and family. I'm sure others would agree that its It's a great atmosphere.

My first impression of Nuneaton was that it's a really well established company. I visited a dealership before visiting here, and the vibe was completely different and I didn't feel comfortable buying a car from them. Lily welcomed me on arrival and once I told her what car I came to see, she was happy to show me to it and left me to it until I was ready to get some more information, where I then grabbed Lily. She answered all my questions and never tried to force the sale, which was greatly appreciated. I've loved my Astra ever since and Nuneaton has been a company to work with.
