Car didn't last 24hours before breaking down, went back for the same issue 4 times in less than a month. Finally gave car back and got a refund for deposit but the log book was never sent off by dealer and finance company not contacted until 2 weeks later which result in premium being taken from my bank account and struggling to reclaim road tax back due to log book! The whole experience has been extremely stressful, out of pocket financially and still waiting for my personal items back from inside the car.

After reading some reviews on google and CDR i was a bit nervous about buying a car from reynolds motor group, but it turned out they had only recently took over their premises, and a lot of the old reviews are from the previous owners. They are really easy people to deal with, i had such a laugh in the office with my husband and Steve and Chris. They done us a fantastic deal, and the rate they got us for our finance was the best we had been offered. I am over the moon with my new car, i will definitely be back for when i am due an upgrade! I found the Audi A4 Avant on their website that I really liked, I spoke to the garage several times (Steve) and I was told that the car is such a great purchase that no offers will be accepted. When I got to the garage with the intention of viewing and buying it, it turned out that the car is scratched/paint chipped and uneven.....not sure what happened to this car why this was not communicated to me before I made the 90 mile round trip they were fully aware that this was the case! I was told that it was raining the day before and they hadn’t noticed it! Before you buy from this garage or at least attempt to view it please ask the right questions(!!) as to me if someone is saying that the car is top notch I don't expect to see the disaster. No effort, really disappointing experience.
