My experience started off a bit mixed but ended on a very positive note. I found the car on Auto Trader and arranged a viewing right away. Josh showed me the car, and I really liked it. However, I did notice some stains inside and a few scratches on the exterior. I later learned that they only address cosmetic issues after a deposit is placed, which wasn’t Josh’s fault but something to be aware of. When I was told the car had been sorted, I came back to complete the purchase. Unfortunately, the scratches hadn’t been properly dealt with and had been poorly touched up. Despite this, I decided to take the car as I urgently needed a vehicle as my current one was no longer roadworthy, but Josh and Adam were very apologetic. Even after the sale was finalised, Josh remained committed to resolving the issue. I brought the car back for the scratches to be redone and by the second time taking the car in, the job was done perfectly. You honestly can’t tell there were ever any scratches. Josh went above and beyond, even a month after purchase, to make sure I was happy with the car. Mechanically, the car has been great, I haven’t had any issues. The initial concerns were purely cosmetic, and they’ve now been fully addressed. What really stood out was the customer service. Josh was always friendly, easy to talk to, and took time to chat beyond just car talk. It’s clear they value customer relationships, not just sales. My one piece of advice for future buyers would be to make sure you're completely happy with the car’s condition before buying. That said, I’m happy with my purchase and don't regret it, it was fairly priced, came with a recent MOT and service, and I never felt pressured. Josh gave me the space and time I needed to decide.

I recently bought a car from Cars Under 3000, and overall, it was a very positive experience. Josh was great to work with—friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and was knowledgeable in his job. The car was in great shape and matched the online description, there were a few minor scratches & dents, which I was reassured they would arrange to sort these out. Also a trim needed to be replaced which they arranged & sorted as promptly as they could. Would definitely recommend Cars Under 3000 and especially Josh, if you’re looking for a smooth car-buying experience.
