No complaints at all, I bought a Fiat 500 POP back in July and I am really happy with it! The car was clean and in really good condition and I have had no issues with it at all up to now, it drives really well. I would definitely recommend this dealership, the team were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience.

I bought a Citroen C1 in June from Carshop. The car was clean and in good condition when I received it and the man who delivered it was really nice! Not long after I bought the car the battery completely went so I had to get it towed to Halfords and unfortunately the dealers would not cover the costs of transporting the car or the battery which annoyed me but I haven't had any further issues so I would recommend them.

I bought a Vauxhall from Carshop in Cardiff in April. The service was a little bit slow and all over the place at first. My appointment with the dealer was at 12 and I was waiting till around half past one but other than that they were very good. I have had no problems with my car other than a problem with the lead to the CD player but it has been repaired no problem. The car was very good value for money and in very good condition. I would happily recommend this dealership.

Carshop in Cardiff took car of everything, I knew the car I wanted after finding it online, I took it for a test drive on the Friday and it was ready for collection on the Monday. I couldn't of asked for an easier buying experience.

I had to check the car back in with them as it hadn't been MOT'd, valeted or serviced like they had claimed (the car was noticeably dirty on the inside). They said they would valet it but it would take 2 hours which I wasn't able to wait as I'd already driven 2 hours up to the dealership and had a long journey back. They offered me a cheque to cover fuel costs and the cost of a valet. I wasn't happy having to take time off to return the car for such basic things not being done.

Carshop Cardiff was all good, the customer service in particular was great, they are a decent company and I didn't encounter any problems with the car or the dealership. My car was purchased in May 2015.
