The car is absolutely fine. I found some good cars on their website so I thought I’d come have a look and found a Fiesta I liked. North West Trade Centre’s customer service is really good. I gave 4 stars as I don't give out full marks. but Stuart was perfect. He got everything sorted out for me proper quickly.

I’ve had lots of Fords before, they are cheap and cheerful. I looked at one at the Preston site but chose one at the Lancaster site instead. Pawel was very nice and helpful, not pushy.

in store service was great, cars great. Reason fir lower scores is communication afterwards was terrible. And ongoing issues with trade in still ongoing nearly 2 months after sale

I searched on Google and found North West Trade Centre had a car we liked. Stuart was good. He was friendly as soon as we walked in and sorted it all out straight away. I went back couple of days after to collect, car was washed and everything.

The Volvo is fine. I had no bother with the dealership. I needed a car and they had the car advertised on Ebay. Only one niggle, it had two key fobs with the car and we were told both work but only one does but i'm happy to leave it as it is. They had an awful lot of cars which is good because you have choice. The sales guys were good with me, I would recommend.

I bought the car for my daughter, she loves it. I looked online and found it stood out due to the condition of the advert and the price was reasonable. When I got there I was a little disappointed as it was filthy but I could see through the dirt, it had low mileage, I checked the MOT and decided to go for it. I had to push that I was serious as no one initially came over to me but Ian dealt with me and I explained I needed the car to have a valet, new MOT, two new tyres and the recall sorting. I put a deposit down and he got it all done which gave me the confidence to get it for my daughter.

My friend recommended North West Trade Centre to me, so I decided to get my Ford focus from there, I would recommend them also. If I could describe my experience in one word it would be fantastic.

The Kia Sportage is running ok. It was the actual model I wanted that North West Trade Centre had and their reviews looked good. I’ve got one or two issues that I spoke to the dealership about. It took a week and a half to get the warranty set up after many phone calls back and forth which was a little disappointing. I’ve spoken to a few garages around where I live and they wont deal with warranty companies which doesn’t help me much. One of the guys was very abrupt and kept putting the phone down which lost them a point. However. the sales guy on the day was good, he didn’t rush me, they let me take the car out for along as I needed on the test drive. Most likely I would use them again.

Happy with the Qashqai. We needed a bigger car and this was the best out of a selection I found on Autotrader. We were set on the make and model from the get go so knew what we wanted. I would have liked a longer MOT as it was due a week after collection hence the 4 star rating but John was all good. There was no hassle, It was a pretty straightforward process from start to finish.

My Fiat is great in getting me from home to work. It had quite low mileage and was quite cheap. The process was really easy and quick to get the car. Kieran was the sales guy who helped and he was great.
