I'm not the best with names at all but I was impressed with his service. Forget about the sales side of it, it was like speaking to an actual human, it was amazing. I left the dealership feeling confident in my purchase to say the least.

My commendations the team for all of there efforts, even to the guy who drove the 4 hours to deliver the car. I was in the market for an upgrade and I was flexible about what car I wanted, but when I saw the Kia Optima, it looked like a great car and it turns out to be exactly that. I can't fault the guys, everyone was professional, on time and honest.

The whole process of buying my car was so easy. The salesman on the day were more than happy to show me around the car when I showed my interest, they talked me through all of the controls and what features come with the Citroen. It's been everything the team told me it would be, and I'm very happy.

Distance buying made easy! I saw the car I wanted on Autotrader. I knew I wanted that car, but it was over 100 miles away! I didn't really want to travel to go see it and then again to go collect it. I gave Motor Warehouse a call to ask about delivery, and was given a really reasonable price. I called back the next day, and they remembered me, and walked me through the process of buying unseen. After that I received two personalised videos walking first round the exterior and then the interior, I know they were recorded for me as my name was mentioned! They weren't pre-recorded. We arranged delivery, for the next Saturday morning, after a mot, valet, and through check over. And I love it! The condition of the car was exactly as stated and I was able to walk around before committing to purchasing it. It was so easy and a safe way to purchase, I'll definitely be returning in the future. Once I saw the Ford Fiesta for the first time, I knew I wanted it but it was a little bit over budget. Mo was happy for me to go away and decide what I wanted to do about it, he even took the advert down until I made up my mind. Anyway, after speaking to my husband we agreed to take the car and it's been brilliant. Mo is a good lad for doing that for us.

The perfect experience as a first time customer. After taking it out on a short test drive once, I was happy to go ahead with the car. All of the paperwork was done properly and explained well.

This company isn't like your normal dealership because I found myself having a proper laugh with the team, and it didn't feel boring or intense like you'd normally feel when getting a car. I was impressed with the team's customer service/ communication skills throughout.

Car is running well. It was the first time we bought from them, and it was a first car for my daughter. My experience I would say was good. Every member of staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. I came away with a good deal, and any little things that needed doing were done as agreed. The only problem we had was finding the showroom as we ended up going to their old address. I was kept informed of the progress and arrangements for collection. I would definitely recommend them and would buy another car from them.
