Staff at Penton Motor Group in Salisbury were very helpful but car needed some work as had a scratch and air vent need fixing. This dealer was very good could not do enough car got a full service and new for me and got all of the work done that I asked to be done.

Sold us a used car recently ( >£10k) with their own 'approved' full inspection & sold as perfect working order, plus they insisted we purchase an expensive warranty & that we couldn't have the car without it. It was not in working order & certainly not fit for purpose! From day 1 there were major engine issues so clearly not checked. They've had our car now for over a month & they'd even lost it at one point! Point blank refused to give us a courtesy car, very rude, have lied on numerous occasions about the work progress & location of the vehicle & to add insult to injury they are now ignoring our calls! We still don't know where it is & as we desperately need it for work & to transport our newborn baby to hospital & teenagers to school, our family has been left in a complete mess, utter distress & with a growing financial cost to ourselves. They've taken their money though... We now have an appointment with a solicitor to sort this out & recoup our costs!
