I recently bought an Audi A3 Sport from PPM Milton Keynes I am really enjoying the car. The service provided was absolutely top class, Bill went above and beyond to get me in this car, he did everything he could to help me. My mum found the dealer online and when she showed me the car I had my heart set on it, its was exactly what I wanted. Bill went above and beyond, he even opened up on a Sunday for me to come and view the car, this was my only availability, really accommodating and helpful. Super service, highly recommend and I will look at PPM next time I'm looking to upgrade my car!

I have driven and owned many cars in the past, but I've never owned a BMW, now I understand what all the fuss is about, I've recently purchased a BMW 4 Series, the car is superb, it's beautiful to drive, a really lovely car. Due to the lockdown, I couldn't visit the site and do the usual walk around / demo etc. However Bill at PPM, went above and beyond to ensure I had an understanding of the car. He did a detailed video tour around the car, explained all the functions and performance, I was blown away with how much effort he went to. Really great customer service, and it certainly helps that Bill is a great guy, very nice to talk to and easy to deal with. I can't criticise anything at all, I would be more than happy to buy from PPM in Milton Keynes again, I've already recommend to a couple of work friends!

Massively impressed with this dealership, I went to buy a Mercedes C43 AMG, I had seen it online and it looked pristine, when I got there and saw it in person, the photo did not do it justice. The car is beautiful, its exactly what I wanted, if not better. Bill was brilliant, great communication, I was kept fully updated, he explained everything thoroughly to me, and helped with paperwork etc. PPM will be the first place I visit when I'm looking at upgrading.

He explained everything in detail and ensured I was fully up-to-speed and happy with the process. I bought a BMW M4 and I'm extremely pleased with it. I went to a main dealer first to look at a Mercedes, the service was appalling, I came across PPM online when searching again and I'm so glad I made the call. When I first spoke to Bill, he was extremely helpful and informative - he explained the history and details of the Mercedes C43, and I liked the sound of it. I went to view it and it was exactly as described, if not better! I wasn't rushed at all, I took all the time I wanted to look over the car. The guys here have great attention to details, the car is immaculate.
