I’m three weeks into owning my Mercedes and I absolutely love it, it’s been great and is already exceeding my expectations. It’s my first electric car and I didn’t realise just how cheap they are to run. Noel was very good throughout the process and made everything easy. No real complaints at all.

We arranged to pick the car up at 11am on a Thursday and the car wasn't there and neither was the salesman - we sat for 25 minutes waiting before he turned up with no apologies, which wasn't great. The guy knew his stuff about the car in fairness - on the test drive he was very familiar with the car, good knowledge and very good service. It was when we came to pick it up which was a letdown.
