We have used Autocars before, they are 100% a trustworthy dealership to us, never had any problems. Service this time around was all perfect, no issues at all. Kirsty who assisted was helpful as always. We would of course rate this experience and every other a 5.

We decided to upgrade our old car and treat ourselves to a new more up time date model. Spoke to Rob and Carl, but mainly dealt with Rob. I totally changed everything about my driving and took the big jump into an EV Model, and Automatic. Looked at a few lovely cars but decided on one and took it for a test drive. I was very impressed, I already had the money sorted, so not too much paperwork. We was the new owners of a car within a couple of hours. Rob took my old car as P/E and I decided to take the extra warranty cover out too. On signing everything Rob brought us through a bottle of bubbly which was a very lovely thought. I would highly recommend Autocars and their services. Thanks again Rob & Carl.

No problems so far. I went for a Nissan Qashqai as I was wanting an upgrade to a bigger family car. It is great, I am very pleased with it, would recommend it as a vehicle. Gary at Autocars helped me throughout the sale, he was absolutely brilliant, very helpful and accommodating throughout. I would highly recommend him and this dealership.

When looking at the car online initially there was plenty of pictures of the inside and outside so I could get a good look at the car before I even went to view it, I would say it was all fairly accurate. Gary and the other staff at AutoCars were great to deal with. Very helpful from start to finish. There was an issue with the belt squeaking, they helped me sort this and put money into it which was appricated. Can't complain with the level of service I received. The car was valeted spotlessly when I got it. 5 out of 5 overall.

Very satisfied at the moment Thank you. It is a comfortable drive. There was a slight issue with the driver's door dropping but this was sorted by tightening a bolt. 4.5 out of 5 at present.

5 stars, had a truly great experience first time using autocars and have no regrets, gary and karl was amazing and helped me throughout the whole process, i felt comfortable as soon as i met them. i have already recommended them to a family member and would highly recommended them!

This was the first time I was buying a car, I dealt with Rob, he made it an enjoyable first experience, there was no pressure or pushiness. He was helpful with anything I needed. The car itself was prepared and cleaned perfectly for when I wanted it. I did have a problem with the clutch but they got it sorted for me right away without any hassle. So good aftersales also. I would rate my overall experience a 5/5. And hopefully not anytime soon but I would go back to them again.

This dealership was actually recommended to us by a neighbour, I felt that the recommendation lived up to the experience I had. It was just a normal easy car buying experience. Dealt with Gary he was great to be honest, just left me to it, there was no pressure sale tactics. The car itself is great had no problems. 5 out of 5.
