The process went alright overall, Bravo Motor Cars had the 330i with the right spec I was looking for and the price was reasonable. I can't remember the person that dealt with me on the day but he was very good explaining the warranty and asking the right questions and everything went smooth.

The Vauxhall Viva has been alright so far. The car had a leaky tire due to a nail in it and I’ve spotted a bit of mold, I’m not sure if it was the dealerships fault as they cleaned the car for me on the day of collection. The whole buying and collecting process was quick, in n’ out with full attention.

I found the Evoque on Bravo Motor Car’s Autotrader and it had the right spec I was looking for. I’ve had issues with the drive shaft on the car since the purchase, I believe this should have been picked up prior to the sale by AA and the dealership. Shariq and Sam were alright and the collection process was straightforward.

I delt with a nice chap on the day, unfortunately I can’t remember his name. When I got the A1 it was a good day and I’m still getting on quite well with the car.

The Focus is lovely, the experience was all good. The one issue I’ve had was the engine light came on 2 days after receiving the car saying the oil needs changing, Bravo Motor Cars have reimbursed me for the oil change. I had the car delivered and purchased through a third party broker, who did all the hard work for me.

Rating of 5. Very transparent and easy to deal with, no pressuring sales techniques used and allowed ample time for the two test drives I carried out before making up my mind. They also made an allowance for me with an extended deposit period whilst I sold my current vehicle. Six weeks since purchase and the vehicle has given me no issues, so definitely as described in original advertisement and per AA vehicle inspection report. Would happily do business with again in future and have recommended Bravo to friends and colleagues.

VW Passat’s running fine, no problems. I’m getting a few jobs done on it like the timing belt for peace of mind, but aye, it’s great. Cheers to the fellas at BMC for being so decent with me.

The staff members was very helpful and patient, it took quite a while to get the finance sorted but I was treated with respect and kindness while waiting for the process to complete. Also I was picked up from the station as it’s quite off the beaten track at a lovely countryside location which was great. The actual car I purchased am very very happy with. All in all I was very impressed with the company.
