Although there were issues with the vehicle, including transmission problems and an oil leak, the dealership's customer service was second to none. The guys did try to repair the vehicle and when the issue came back, they quickly offered a like-for-like replacement. The turnaround was very fast from having the conversation to driving away with the replacement car. The after-sales team, particular Grant, handled the situation really well, while Tony was welcoming and helpful when I returned to get the replacement. Due to the inconvenience caused, the dealership upgraded the replacement vehicle at no additional cost. Despite the initial problems with the car, I am really happy that everything is now resolved and would happily return and recommend them to others and return myself in the future.

After enquiring about a Golf GTI over the phone, they had it clean and ready for us to test drive the very next day. On Friday we called to confirm our interest and placed our deposit down, and by Tuesday it was serviced and ready to pick up. Chris was great to deal with over the phone and made the purchasing experience very easy for us the entire way, as he was quick to answer any questions or concerns.
