Myself and my wife were on the look out for this particular vehicle for a while, a year infact! From the moment we got to County Motors, there was such a relaxed feel to the place, it put us at ease straight away, there was no pestering or pushiness, just gave us freedom to roam around and take a look at the other vehicles that they had in stock. When we spoke to Jamal his demeanour was extremely reassuring, he was relaxed yet incredibly professional. On inspection of the vehicle I noticed that we wheels needed some attention, and Jamal was happy to get this sorted for us. Not long since having the Ghibli there was an issue with the breaks, but this was not to worry about, as soon as I got in touch with Jamal he got it sorted - No questions asked. I'd 100% give em 10 or more if I could!! It was truly wonderful, I have no feedback other than carry on doing what your doing!

Recently bought a Seat Ibiza from them as they are a local dealer to me and the car itself is running well, mainly use it for pottering. The sales team there are nice and friendly and did a good job. Based on my experience buying from them I would go back again for sure.

Honestly the staff were great, there was no hassle or pushiness - giving me time to consider my options, even inviting me to walk away and think about the purchase. Funnily enough, I have only started driving the car this week after having it for some time and must say I'm quite pleased with it as a whole. Would check them out again, hopefully not for a long time though!

Recently purchased a Audi a5, I did previously have an A3, but it was a manual, I am really enjoying driving the automatic, it is such a smooth drive and everything with the car is perfect. The customer service was spot on, they answered all the questions and asked and made sure everything was prepared for me. I couldn't fault them.

Staff were professional, any questions I had they were able to answer in detail. It was a quick turnaround they made sure everything was prepared for when I wanted it. I am still really pleased with the vehicle, not had any issues with it.

Fast process, I wasn't waiting around for hours. The car was cleaned for me before I left and the service was all fine. I have no complaints and the car I got I am still very happy with.
