I went to the dealership as I needed to upgrade and they had one of the two cars I was researching. Staff were amazing, proper family business. I though their customer service was pretty good but distracted with phone calls but other than that I didn’t really car about it that much. I would go back if the car I wanted was there.

I got a good car from Essex Prestige. They've always looked after me so I'd rather go to them before I go anywhere else. I’ve spoke to the owner personally, the team are good stuff. Any problems I've had, they've always sorted it straight away. The car is ready for me when I turn up. I've already recommended them to others who have been and bought a car. I've had a few bad cars, few good cars but every time I've been to Essex Prestige it's always decent, so I just stick to them now.

Going well with the Audi. They had the one we wanted so went to Essex Prestige. The staff explained everything to me and It was a quick process, took car the same day.

Only problem I have had is my car has gone limp a couple times and they said they couldn't find the reason for this. But they did say if it does happen again take a photo of what comes up on dashboard and they will sort it. They have also sorted out my key batteries tire pressure and more been very helpful

It was fine on the day. I initially spoke to Kelly, she was polite and helpful. Then I saw the transporter and was introduced to Naz. I liked the van so I paid a holding fee and went to collect week later once bits an pieces were done which they were. Since having the van there have been a few engine warning lights come up so called Naz. I took it back to them but when I got the car back the warning lights came back on so had it diagnosed. I took it back to Essex Prestige where they fixed it and so far nothing wrong with the vehicle. Naz was great with the repair, nothing was a problem. I’m very happy with the vehicle.

Everything ok so far. I was looking online and they had the car I was after. I bought it over the phone, good communication with the dealership. They did everything for me, took couple of days to finalise the deal.

Really happy with the Ford Ranger I got from Essex Prestige, I have no issues at all. Not used them before but I found the car I like and wanted and the dealership looked a reputable dealership ticking all the boxes. Most of the vehicles in the dealership looked well taken care of and it looked like a big operation. The sales person who helped me made everything seamless so they seemed a respectable and dependable dealership.

Vans perfect. Best value van and it was a 9 seater van that I was looking for so went to Essex Prestige. II arrange a test drive and saw there were some problems which I asked to get sorted. One of them was fixed but I was disappointed both weren’t fixed as discussed hence four stars so they need to make sure any problems are dealt with before collection. However, communication was good. Staff were alright and it was an easy, quick buy.

I'd rate my experience a 5 simply because the car was well kept and in immaculate condition when I bought and mainly because of the fact the whole process was incredibly straight forward and hassle free. I will definitely be coming back in the future to purchase my next car for sure!!
