Getting on fine with my Bentley. They had the specific car I wanted. Staff were really good, got the car ready, seamless. There were a few niggle bits but they sorted them and had to wait whilst they recharged the aircon. I took their extended warranty out aswell. I would 100% consider using them again. They have a little niche in the market selling the lower mileage cars probably one of the lowest around.

We were looking around for a car, and the first thing we noticed was the vehicle choice and selection available at Essex Prestige, after that I think my whole experience was positive. we put a deposit down and when we went there they we’re really helpful and made any changes we wanted like certain things neatened up or polished so we could drive away the same day! If I could sum it up in four words I’d say high quality, buyer centric.

Car is absolutely amazing, no problems at all. I've used them before & 100% would go back. They are really good. Everyone is lovely, helpful and its nice to go somewhere and they are interested in helping you. The amount of cars they have stood out to me, lovely cars. The sales lady was good. There was a few cars we were looking for and felt I was being a pain but she said it’s fine, very very helpful

My work colleague recommend them so I went there. My experience was swift, quick and easy. The sales people were good, made good conversation. I had a little wait whilst they sorted my exchange but you can be yourself. They are a bunch of friendly people. I would consider using in the future.

This was my first time using them and I 100% would use them again. The staff were all good. I contacted them by email and phone and both times they were quite responsive and delivered on the day. Taj was easy to deal with, made it simple and easy to do business with which is how I like it.

I've had an SQ7 before and fell in love with the SQ8. We had a couple of little issues but they sorted themselves out. Kelly at Essex Prestige was spot on. She sorted the sale over the phone & email as it was a distance sale. With it being a high value car we got extended warranty. Dashboard doesn’t fit properly but we’ll live with it. I found it an easy straightforward sale.

They were very friendly and made buying the truck quick and simple. And when I had a problem with the logbook and tax they were very helpful giving advice to get it sorted.
