The Mercedes A200 i purchased had developed some complicated issues, including potential engine work and cracked driveshaft boots, so I agreed with the manager to return it for a full refund. I then bought a Nissan Juke from them for £6,000, and they gave me the £1,000 difference back in cash. I’ve been very pleased with the Juke, and I’m more than happy with how the dealership handled everything under the circumstances. Nick, Adrian and Carol were really, really good and almost made me feel like part of the family because I was in and out so many times. Their handling of the situation was exemplary, and I’m a very pleased customer.

This is the third car I've bought from Fort Used Car Centre because they've always been really helpful. Chris was really good. that's why I keep going back. They really sort you out, and I've always had a positive experience with them. I've already recommended Fort Used Car Centre to quite a few people and I'd happily continue to do so. I keep returning because they're good at what they do and I've always been well looked after. I love my Mercedes and I'm really pleased with it. I'd had an older Mercedes from them before, and this one is even better.

Adrian at Fort Used Car Centre was good and the Ford Focus I bought has been good as well. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because I'm just waiting to take it back to have some work done, but other than that, it has been good and I'd recommend them.

My Range Rover Evoque and I've got no complaints about the car. The only thing I'd have liked was a manual, as there are still a few things I don't know without one, but that's the only issue. Other than that, I think it's a lovely car. I couldn't fault the service I received.

Overall, everything has been perfect with my Fiat 500 apart from one outstanding issue. There was a part that was meant to be sent to me which i am going to contact them about. Whilst at Fort Used Car Centre on the day was perfect, and everything else has been great.

I absolutely love my Ford Fiesta. I found the car after my partner was looking online, I think on Auto Trader, and then we went onto the dealership's website and found this one. We went to have a look at it, and I fell in love with it and bought it. Everything at Fort Used Car Centre was fine and all went through smoothly. The person I spoke to was absolutely lovely. I did have to go back within a couple of days because of a problem with the bonnet latch, but they sorted it for me within about half an hour. They answered the phone, called me back and said they'd sort it, and they did. Since then, I've had absolutely no problems with it.

My new MG ZS is very different from my previous car, which was a Mini Clubman. Although I'm enjoying the car. The overall experience whilst at Fort Used Car Centre was great. Would recommend them to others.

My experience with Fort Used Car Centre was fine. I did have an issue shortly after the purchase, but they came out straight away and fixed it, which I appreciated. Apart from those issues, everything has been good. I'd probably recommend the dealership to others, and if I hadn't had those problems, it probably would have been a five-star experience. Overall, I was happy with how the dealership dealt with things.
