The customer service was good everything was perfect no problems at all. I just needed a change and an upgrade and the Volvo I am finding fine. When I took it on a test drive they answered all of my questions. A strong four stars just because on the day there was a couple things that needed to be done so I couldn’t take it home.

I was looking awhile for a car, and the Ford Focus caught my eye, so I went down and bought it. The buying process was very smooth to be honest. Any questions I had they were answered. Customer service was really good and simple too.

Hearsall Common has great customer service it was excellent! I put a deposit on the Peugeot before going down and I went to pick it up. I will say that I was told that I would be picked up from the station, but I ended up having to get a cab. but when I went to go pick up the car it was all clean.

Hearsall Car Sales when buying a car are a pleasure to do business with. The staff are very easy to talk with and friendly. I will definitely consider this company for buying in the future. Also as we were waiting for the paperwork to be finalised we needed to go in to the city for lunch but rather than getting an uber the sales man offered to drive us in his own car . I thought that was a nice touch.

Already done a fair bit of driving in the Ford Ranger, and it is doing well. The guys at the dealership were bang on.

The Peugeot 208 is a great little car, it is cheap to run, and I have had no problems with it ever since the purchase. I would definitely recommend Hearsall Common Car Sales, that's for sure.
