On approaching Henrys Suzuki showroom a very tidy looking and pleasant Sales Executive "Callum Hardwick" approached me and assisted me greatly in choosing a brand new S-Cross vehicle. Callum, in a professional manner allowed me to have a test drive on a similar vehicle. Once my wife and I sat with Callum at his desk he went over maticulously every detail from trade in value, financial information up to the point of a deal being made with the usual handshake. Painlessly bought a used car from Henrys. Salesman Callum was informative, a good communicator, gave excellent advice and was very pleasant to deal with. No "hard sell" tactics, and I am totally relaxed about receiving an excellent level of aftersales service. Vehicle was immaculate when I picked it up and the minor issues that you would expect from a used car were all resolved.

Having purchased a 3-year old Suzuki Swift in 2024, we were so pleased with the car and it’s performance, along with wonderful service given to us by the Suzuki dealership staff, that we decided to purchase a brand new Swift - same make and model.
