I was specifically looking for this Audi Q5, right down to the model and year, so I was really pleased to find it. I've been getting on with the car really well and have had no problems at all. The experience at the dealership was class and proper easy. They answered my questions, and everything was absolutely sound.

The VW Golf has been alright, it is getting repaired under warranty currently. Initially, when I bought the car, Junction 17 did some work for me on it. I'm waiting for the invoices to be sent over for the gearbox service and the new fuel lines. In my experience, Junction 17 have been good, there were a couple of delays, but it's only natural when they’re busy. I would happily recommend them.

My experience with Junction 17 was all really good. I'm still loving the BMW 4 Series, I really like the look of it. What stood out to me was how helpful, nice and chatty the staff were.

It was the reviews that I read mainly that made me choose Junction 17 Cars. They had good cars so I knew I would be getting a good deal. Richard and Eli were spot on. My BMW is brilliant!

Fine up to now. Couple of minor issues. Due to distance away ive just paid for them myself and one issue the dealership said they would sort but hadn’t so gave four stars. I would recommend but advise others to check the car over if work has been agreed. The car was for sale at another branch and I asked for it to be delivered to a closer branch. Staff were great, no problem. Especially the valeter. I felt it went how it was all supposed to go.

I'd give my experience four stars. I'm enjoying the Porsche, and it's been going fine overall. Everything at Junction 17 was fine apart from a few issues. I still haven't received the full service report I requested. I was provided with the battery health report, but when I asked for the complete service report, I was sent pictures of a computer screen instead of the report. The issue was the car was not charged when I went to collect the car. Despite those issues, everything else was fine, and I would still recommend Junction 17 to others.

There have been a couple of issues with the warranty, and I'm waiting for someone from Junction 17 to reach out to me. I was looking after a Kia Stinger for a while, and Junction 17 had a very good example. It was smart when I got it.

Everything was fine

I purchased a jag F type, the deal was agreed and collection was arranged 7 days later. I called the dealership to check the collection was going ahead. I was advised it was and proceed to change my insurance in preparation to collect the car. I got a message 24 hrs later saying the car was not ready and to wait for an update. 4 weeks passed despite a number of chases the car was not ready. I eventually agreed a date to collect and changed my insurance and taxed the car. I picked the car up and it had done 900 miles since I did the deal. The car had zero petrol so I called in to the nearest garage to fill up. When I test drove the car it said there was zero miles fuel remaining so I put £10 in to test drive the car. I drove immediately home a total of 3 miles and heard the engine knocking. I stopped driving the car and informed the garage. An engineer turned up the next day he suspected it was the super charger 2 weeks later I was told it needed a new engineer. The car had been served twice a year and had a full engine rebuild 8 months ago. I had px my car and requested to reverse the deal which was agreed. I asked for my px car back but they refused until I had the log book for the jag. 2 weeks passed no log book turned up I checked the garage had notified DVLA which I was told it was done. I called DVLA to be informed no changes had been made. I went back to the garage and it was confirmed that had not done the transfer so it was agreed I could pick my px car up. They told Me I had to wait a further 2 weeks to get my cash payment refunded. I got my refund but no log book . I called Junction 17 again to be told it was up to make the changes to the log book. I called DVLA and was advised it was Junction 17 to notify them. The deal cost me about £400 in fuel admin changes cost of insurance. When I asked the junction 17 for some compensation for my loss and being without a car for several weeks they flatly refused

It was good experience at Junction 17, no issues. The BMW is a bespoke vehicle which they had and it met my needs. Only niggle is I haven’t received the logbook yet but on the day the staff were good, pleasant, friendly. Rarity of the car made me buy and it was in my price bracket.
