Ben was no problems at all to deal with throughout buying the Hyundai, I actually went to him as he's one of my customers. The cars all good it would be a five from me.

We have unfortunately had a breakdown, we spoke to ben and this was all sorted through the warranty, so we are quite happy so far. We are planning to maybe buy some more vehicles from them as we have already bought two already I would say its mostly a positive experience. I think most important thing is that the prices are quite reasonable and I would say the cars were well prepared and clean.

The Skoda drove back beautifully, but the next it didn't start and we did have to sick a new alternator on it, but that said the car is beautiful. Other than that the car was pretty spot on. The only thing I'd say about the service is that the salesman was blunt, but overall he was ok and nice enough guy.

Very happy with my Tesla from Ben at Lease Cars Direct, I found him quick to respond and helpful. I got the car delivered and this was hassle free and the car was right other than a little scratch everything else was jus wear and tear. I think I would possibly use Ben again, since I've got the Tesla the missus quite likes it she she's got a 12 year old Mini Cooper so maybe we'll get another Tesla.

Everything was good buying from Ben at Lease Cars Direct, I initially found them on eBay and the Skoda fell into my price range which was the main reason why I chose them to buy from. I do have a issues with the AC so I would rate everything a 4.5, but everything else was good.
