We have used Medlicott in the past but only for MOT's, we got a full service and some repairs done this time and we are very pleased with how it went. It was done quickly for us and all the repairs were done correctly. We are actually going to go back to them to get some separate things done. A great garage in congleton, we'd of course rate them 5/5.

Excellent service from James I can't fault him. After speaking with him on the phone he went off and got me prices and came back to me quickly. I suggested a diagnostics as I thought the issue might be with the glow plugs but he actually recommended we didn't do that as he didn't think that was the issue and it would have cost me more money. I really appricated him being honest and not trying to get money out of me. He was trustworthy and I would go back and recommend. He got the work done quickly for me and kept me updated. 5 star service!

I couldn't fault the service, I am really pleased with it. David is who I dealt with at the garage, he had great communication throughout. I was also pleased with the price and the timeframe I had my car back within 24 hours of taking it in. There isn't anything really that I could criticize, great garage.

I've got nothing but good things to say about Medlicott. I dropped the car off, they kept digging and digging for the problem until it was found and resolved. Most garages just give up after the first instance. They were fantastic from start to finish, really happy with the garage.

I'd give my experience at Medlicott a 4-star rating. The work was completed successfully. The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because I was hoping for a quicker turnover, but to be fair, I did not have an appointment, so I do have to take that into consideration.

I had the diagnostics done on my Porsche at Medlicott Motors. It was all explained to me in detail, and I didn’t have to wait for the work to be completed. It was great. Happy to give a 5-star.

Very professional and detailed service . Resolved an abs sensor fault when Mercedes Macclesfield couldn't.

Recently took my car in for a service, I am happy with how everything went. This is the second time i have used this garage, the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. I can't fault them to be honest.
