Enjoying the Honda Civic, The experience was spot on, it would be five stars, especially for Dave, who helped me on the day.

I went to NCH as my daughter had bought a car from them before and recommended them. The only issue is the spare key isn’t working but I’ve not given them a call on that yet. The team are very helpful, they sorted it out there & then and I had an answer within the day.

I bought an Audi A3 from National Car Hub and, overall, everything’s been alright. There haven’t been any problems with the car. The experience at the dealership was good overall. They answered all of my queries.

The Mercedes is good. We searched online, they were nearby and they had the Mercedes we were after. We had a good experience with National Car Hub and they gave us good guidance. I can’t remember the name, but the salesperson was good. I’ve already recommended them to one of my friends!

Recently purchased a Toyota C-HR back in March. The car is running well, the only issue I had was that the A/C wasn't working, which I had to resolve myself. Although the customer service I received whilst at National Car Hub was good.

NCH were the only dealer that had the spec of Audi Q3 that we wanted so we went with them. The team were quite helpful, we noticed some issues with the paint work and a sensor when we went to look at the car, but they took it straight into the garage and sorted it all free of charge as part of the prep before we purchased it. We dealt with Chris on the day, he went above and beyond, he didn’t have to sort everything for free, but he did and he was honest. I’d give them a 4 just because of the light on the dashboard when we came to look at the car, but it’s been fixed and there’s been no problems since.

Loving the Mercedes! I was recommended through Zuto who put me to National car hub and when I found out they could deliver, it made it a lot easier for me. Delivery experience was joyful, nice, quick & easy. Overall, couldn’t be happier!!

The Nissan Juke we purchased from National car hub is in immaculate condition. I was specifically looking for jukes and the one I brought from National cars was reasonably priced.

Really good service with competitively priced cars. The only disappointing thing was that the V5 took 5 weeks to arrive after the purchase, whereas it should have been done online & arrive within a few days.
