Everything was brilliant. Only problem I had was I had to pay for a new log book as it didn’t turn up but it will be fine. Apart from that, I’ll be back with a friend very soon. My experience was excellent, I couldn’t ask for better. Adam gave me a nice greeting. When I phoned up he got a reserve sign on it and got it out for me to look at even though it was a cheaper end car. He treated me like I was buying a ten grand car, he didn’t treat me any different. Couldn’t fault them.

I've had the car just over 6 weeks & am still getting used to driving it. I haven't driven an automatic for quite a while so still getting used to the experience. I'm really pleased with how easy it is to handle. The service I received from North West Trade Centre was exceptional & the delivery of the car was spot on time. On a scale of 100 I would put it in the top of the scale at 90, the service was that good. Thanks to all involved.Definitely a 5

I saw the ad on Autotrader and due to distance I had the car delivered to me. I have a had a couple of niggly bits that I’m sorting out myself. They sent me a video of the car and communication wasn’t the best at the beginning, I had to chase them and it took 2 weeks to get the car delivered but l understand it was bank holiday but the car was presented lovely on delivery, it was really clean.

Wayne was really communicative throughout. I did experience some inconvenience regarding the second key however the Vauxhall astra has been lovely little car and my son loves it.

The Rio from North West Trade Centre is absolutely perfect, I can’t thank the dealership enough I’ve had no problems at all, the whole service was fantastic.

The Ford Focus is the second car I’ve had from North West Trade Centre I’m actually getting another car from them and I’ve referred people, the first was a Range Rover the reason I went with the Focus is because it wasn’t a Range Rover haha and it’s great it’s a very good car, Wayne who I dealt with was very good he’s been a dream

I dealt with North West Trade Centre Preston online as it is quite a distance from me, but they were helpful and send me the videos of the Vauxhall Crossland X I requested and delivered the car, I am still waiting on the logbook. I had a few issues with the spark plugs but North West Trade Centre told me to go local and paid for it which I was happy about

I went to North West Trade Centre as it was the right car, right time, right place. Staff were good, no problem, very helpful. Communication was good aswell. Everything was as it should be, plain sailing, no agro.

My partner suggested we come to North West Trade Centre so we popped down to see the car. The staff were fantastic, they couldn’t do enough for us and Chris who sold us the car was brilliant. We wanted a good economical car we could drive away same day and that’s what happened. Easy, quick, effective buying experience.

The Vauxhall Grandland X is a lovely car, I came across one at North West Trade Centre and it was in my price range, down at the dealership I had no issues whatsoever. Tyler who I dealt with was really helpful and made the whole experience better for me.
