The customer service was amazing and the car was in really good condition and kept clean

I was looking for something bigger, I found the Renault traffic on google and the low mileage for the years. Lee was brilliant, I have recommended him and Reynolds motor group to other people.

My experience with Reynolds have been very good. One of the keys I got from them as it wasn’t working and the screen went one day, its back now and it hasn’t happened again. When I spoke with lee about the screen he said to keep him posted if anything changes. Lee was a really nice fella, I do not have any problems with him at all.

I bought the Mercedes 180 from Nucar for a friend and there has been no issues so far, there was a problem with the service history. However the overall experience was good, a standard car sales experience

I’m enjoying the Audi A5 I got from Nucar, there is a small dent in the side but I think that’s to be expected, overall the service was really good I’d recommend them!

Lee who I dealt with at Reynolds was very good, felt as if there was not pressure and he was very easy to deal with. I never give 5 star reviews but the only thing that was missing was a coffee! I’ve already left them some good reviews on other platforms.

The C-Class is brilliant, I love the car. Harrison at Reynold Motor Group was brilliant. I passed Reynolds for a few years to be fair, they had some nice looking motors and the car I had at the time wasn’t suitable for my needs.

After buying my car I had people asking me what was wrong with the car as it was quite loud, so the car went back in to Reynolds. Unfortauntly they had to keep the car for 3 weeks. Harrison and and Lee and Roxanne, were absolute stars they were so helpful in helping me. They don't have any automatic cars as their courtesy cars, they've just got three cards that are manual. When I spoke to them he went, bear with me he phoned me back and he managed to find a Automatic for me which was lovely. Roxanne kept me updated as much as possible, when ever she knew something she would call me up and give me a update straight away. So I would say they went above and beyond. Obviously, I'd like to think I was just a one off with the issues that I had and that if I went back down there again looking at another car I would get the complete service.

When I went to go see the car I noticed allot of dinks and the wheels looked like they had been in a war, but Harrison had all the wheels refurbed and had every single ding out from what he could do, I couldn't fault him. I have had the car a little while now and I love it!
