Nuneaton Car Sales had the Ranger Rover I wanted with low mileage and at the right price. I had an issue with a sensor on the way home, but they came and collected it the next day and I had it back two days later. Jak who I dealt with on the day was great! No complaints

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I bought an X-Trail on 18th February, which shortly afterwards developed multiple faults, including water ingress, electrical issues, and problems with the immobiliser. I returned the vehicle for repairs; however, the issues did not appear to have been properly resolved despite being advised that the work had been completed. I had to repeatedly follow up to obtain updates and arrange further repairs, as I depend on a vehicle for daily use. The courtesy car provided raised additional concerns. During my use, I observed dashboard warning lights (including engine management and tyre pressure), low washer fluid, minimal fuel, and debris inside the vehicle, including broken glass in the rear and used ear buds. In my view, this did not meet reasonable standards for a replacement vehicle. After a second attempt at repairs, I was again advised that the issues had been addressed, but was also informed that the vehicle would need to be retained for an additional week. At this stage, I chose to reject the vehicle. Following this, there was a delay in resolving the finance agreement, which left me without a car for a period of time. I was also concerned to see the vehicle made available for sale again before my case had been fully concluded. Overall, I found the experience time-consuming and unsatisfactory. I believe there are clear areas for improvement in vehicle preparation, quality of repairs, and communication with customers.

Pretty happy with Tesla Model 3

Impressive mileage was on the Niro. I found the car through Autotrader and Jacques service at the dealership was good.

I went there as they had the car I needed. I saw it on Autotrader then went on to their website. The sales guy Tim was fine, no complaints. He was very accommodating and professional about things. They sorted out some issues that were present when I first got the car, I can't complain with the way they treated me, I think they did a good job.

I'm getting on really well with the Citroen I got from Nuneaton, my last car was a Citroen so was looking for another one and this dealership came up. I did remember that I knew someone who got a car from them and they had no problems. When I went to the dealership I liked how they spoke to me and it was really nice and friendly atmosphere.

Everything has been great so far with the E Pace! The dealership was very good, the staff were very helpful and Lewis was fantastic! We were looking for something like the Jaguar E Pace and Nuneaton had one with a good price and mileage.

The Mercedes is great, I’m really enjoying it. I used to have an Audi A5 and this feels like an upgrade. Nuneaton offer Carmoola so that swayed me and they were really friendly when I got there. Tim was very friendly and polite. He said we can take the car back to have a few dinks and scuffs sorted. On the test drive the car was in a different location and they noticed we were sat in our car on a cold wet day so they allowed us to sit in the office which was a nice touch whilst we waited for the car to come round.
