Car is very good. The guys helped me , good customer service. I like everything about them. Took it same day and would return in the future.

I love my Audi, its amazing. I was on Autotrader and the car came up, so I thought I’d try it. Parkside were amazing from start to finish, they were so good. I had a bad experience with the last garage but Parkside Motors were so helpful, I can't recommend them enough. Their communication was on point, answered any question I had. Their customer service is really good.

We’d been to see another BMW elsewhere and it was classic sales process, then went to Parkside Motors. They did a really good job. Saw the car on Autotrader and haven’t used Parkside Motors before, they made it really easy. They had the car all lined up ready to go, really presentable. Made it easy to go for a test drive, relaxed and friendly. Went through the features. It was relaxed, friendly and easy to make a purchase.

I found it an easy process. Saw the car online after checking for aa inspected dealers. Nice, polite staff. I dealt with the owner he was fine. I would go back if they had the right car. He was helpful, answered all my questions. I would have given five stars if I had a longer test drive but I got the 3mth warranty which gave me confidence to buy from them.

Process went smoothly but unraveled abit with the delivery which was longer than expected. On the day of the delivery, the service light went off but Parkside Motors did their best to get it sorted. Bit of back and forth. It was frustrating but don’t think it was anything they did or didn’t do. I found the sales experience was really positive. Gokhan was really helpful. Couple of times we had to chase them hence the score but communication was good throughout.

The car had to come back due to multiple issues which should haven’t been there originally but they have been fixed to a satisfactory standard by the dealer. My rating is nothing to do with the customer service, that was brilliant.

I found the car online, I liked it, I bought it on the spot, I had no problems with it, the staff was very friendly, the process was fast

We saw the car on Autotrader. Service was alright and the process was quite easy. Had couple of issues with the car which i've had to sort out and there were no charging cables which I had to chase and collect in person. Car delivered to us in good condition but the boot hadn’t been hoovered. Gave three stars as there were no charging cables in the car on day of collection.

I couldn’t fault them, very professional. I’ve not received the log book. Spoke to them and they will look into but it was a very good experience, he’s a nice chap, They had the car I was after. I went to view it and drove it home the same day. The lady in the office is very helpful. Helped me tax the car for a year, very helpful the two of them.

I know people that have purchased from them before, so I've heard nothing but good things about this dealership. I’ve seen them start up and how they've grown their business. Their service is great, the owner is great and the lady who did the handover was also great. I’ve got no complaints. I went to Parkside as I needed a car for a short time only and have now sold it but I would go back in the future if they had the right car for me.
