The experience on the day was top notch. Everything was exactly as offered, and the car was all ready when I got there. The car as a whole has been really good other than an intermittent error message that has come on but has not appeared since. I’d definitely recommend them. The cars they had there were good quality, and based on my experience, I was very happy with how it all went.

Overall it was fairly positive. The team were courteous, helpful and informative, and there was no pressure during the sale. I mainly dealt with Jack, who was good to deal with. There has been an issue with a noise coming from the rear offside when going over bumps, which wasn’t picked up at the time. I raised it through the warranty, but it was rejected as wear and tear, so I’ve had to cover the cost myself. Because of that, I’d say my overall experience is between a 3 and a 4. Without that issue, it would have been closer to a 4, but aside from it. It was positive.

We were looking for a seven seater as we’d had a Q7 before, but it was having a couple of problems and was too expensive to maintain, so we wanted something more affordable. It stood out as a good option compared to others we looked at, mainly because it was in good condition and at a good price. The salesman was good as well.

I've had no problems at all with the Ford S-MAX, which I found whilst looking on AutoTrader for this specific make and model. I’d been to a few used dealerships while searching, and these were top end in comparison. There was no pressure at all, and they had all the documentation you’d expect, which you don’t always see nowadays. That gave me more confidence in what I was buying.

Jack was amazing. He picked me up from the station, helped me through everything and took me through the ropes. Took me for a test drive. The BMW 3 Series. I went for it because it’s a sporty saloon, I liked the shape and the black colour, and it’s a nice car brand as well. I want to give a big thank you to the guys at SCS Autos.

Getting on fine with the Audi A4 Allroad, the brake pad warning light has come on. Although I have it under warranty, I can't remember the name of the salesman I dealt with, although he was a very pleasant guy and everything was fine. no issues

I’m very pleased with the Mercedes A200, it’s a very nice car. The experience at the dealership was very good, and they were very helpful throughout. I found them on Auto Trader as I was specifically looking for that type of vehicle, so it worked out well. Although I live in South Wales, I was happy to travel for the right car. I couldn't recommend it locally, although my son, who lives closer to the area, is aware of the deal we got.

Have been looking at replacing my car for a little while and was interested in Tesla's. Buying new was too expensive so I started looking at pre-owned vehicles. After looking at numerous Tesla's on the Auto Trader website, I found a car at SCS Autos. Dealing with SCS Autos was a pleasure, a test drive was arranged and I was able to take the car out for an hour by myself. The sales staff were friendly and did not put any pressure on me to buy the car. I'm very pleased with my new car and would recommend SCS Autos without hesitation. Thank you to Kam for his help.
