I recently bought a fabulous Vauxhall Combo from Brookside.
I live 3 hours from Tonbridge so had to rely on mobile and facetime calls for the initial stage of the sale.
Peter was amazing to deal with, always couteous and professional. No question or query was too much bother. He was open and honest about the state of the vehicle and was able, even over the phone to reassure me regarding the warranty, history of the vehicle etc.
Peter agreed to meet me on a Sunday as that was the only day I could travel and couldn't have been more helpful. After a thorough check of the van and a test drive, I felt completely confident that I was buying the best vehicle for my budget.
Peter made the whole process easy, he engenders a feeling of trust which as an older single woman, is so important for me.
I am absolutely delighted with "Horace", he is everything Peter promised he would be - I honestly couldn't be happier.
Thank you so much, Peter. If I'm ever in the market for another vehicle, your dealership will definitely be my first port of call.

I purchased a BMW 3 series 335i from The Brookside Group and could not be happier with the car and service that was provided. Peter was open and transparent from start to finish. Allowing me to have time with the car to check it over with zero time pressure. Of the questions I did have, Peter done his upmost to answer them on the spot, and go above and beyond in obtaining information I requested to ensure I was fully satisfied with the car before purchase. Based on my experience I would strongly recommend The Brookside Group when looking to purchase a vehicle.

I have brought a few second hand cars over the years and dealt with many dealers. Brookside was possibly the nicest i've dealt with. Completely no pressure sale of a genuine and straight car, would recommend anyone takes a look at there stock, Collection of the car was easy once the sale was agreed, and I was even collected from the station. Thank you

In all the years I’ve been buying 2nd hand cars, this was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had! Peter the dealer was brilliant and quite possibly the nicest guy I’ve ever met. The car I bought runs like a dream and I would not hesitate to go back to him for any cars I need in the future!

The level of service and knowledge here was very good. I felt I got a very good price and good value. They were very friendly. There was a small issue following the purchase but it was dealt with swiftly and to my satisfaction. Very much recommend.

Found everyone here super helpful and very knowledgeable. Car was exactly as described and very good value as well. There was a small issue I had after I bought the car but it was sorted out swiftly and very much to my satisfaction.

The guys at Brookside were very helpful sending me photos and videos of the car to help make a decision. Peter was easy to contact during and after sales. Good that the car comes with warranty which adds peace of mind when buying. Would definitely recommend for a stress-free car buying experience!

I found The Brookside Group really helpful in choosing our Citroen Picasso and when after a couple of months the battery died they were very accommodating and agreed to refund me the price of getting a new one fitted. All round great friendly service and I can't fault the after sales service as well so would highly recommend this garage and will consider coming here again for our next car.
