I dealt with Sam, Ellie and Nick during my time at VR EPS. The process was seamless, nothing was too much for all 3 of them, they went above and beyond. I had a few requests of stuff I wanted doing and they fortfilled everything I asked. Some garages as soon as you say you want a car they add pressure to buy and that wasn't the case here, they worked on my timescale, let me place the deposit and then didn't rush me to pick it up. It was flexible and the aftercare is some of the best I have ever received, I couldn't fault them. Brilliant service from start to finish.

Was very easy and smooth for the purchase and pick up of the car nick done a great job. The car is also excellent great condition no problems drives well and overall a great car. Nick was really good with it all and even checking in afterwards and still answering any questions I had after the purchase which I found really helpful and good as you don't normally get that thanks again.

Rob was great, couldn't have done more for me, very smooth transaction. I am having an issue with the car but it is out of my 30 day cover with VR EPS with the dealership so I have got it booked in next week and then hopefully it will be warranty covered. Other than that I am pleased with the vehicle and thankful for all of Robs help.

We did have a few issues however VR EPS have now sorted them all out, we did have to chase a few times however I feel this is pretty standard with most dealerships and everything else went well with them. We saw the car online and just went to view, when we arrived we were told it was appointment only, however since we were already there, they took us to view and have a walk around which was appreciated and then it went from there. We are pleased with the car and that everything was sorted without hassle.

Rob has been really good with us, nothing was a problem. It was the first time I have used VR EPS as at my usual dealership the guy had retired. I would say based off my experience I would definitely use Rob again, as I have had the car a while now with no issues. It was a quick process everything was ready when I got there, would rate it a 5 overall.

Everything has been okay with the Mercedes GLE AMG I got, it is a fantastic car, thoroughly enjoying it. Rob did a marvelous job it was a totally relaxed process and if anything I rushed him haha. I got the car the next day after seeing it online and travelled all the way from hull! I was originally looking at GLC models however this car came up and I am very pleased I went for it, it is spacious and I have no issues getting everyone in. While at the dealership I didn't feel any pressure from anyone, they offered me a drink, went over the paperwork and that was that. Fantastic service.

I had been looking for a Mercedes EQC for a while and VR EPS were the closest dealership to me that were selling one. I spoke to Rob who sent me a walk around video which was appreciated. When I went to view in person everything was exactly as described couldn't fault it. I am getting a spare key sorted, just waiting on Mercedes to get that finished and then hopefully Rob will sort the invoice which appreciated. I would definitely rate VR EPS a 5 star.
