On the day it was fine. I found the car on Ebay and as they were local I went to see them. However they are coming to collect due to an oil leak but they have been pretty decent, they apologised. Generally im pretty happy.

I would have liked a one year MOT and maintenance for the year but apart from that, I would recommend them to family and friends.

Dealership was very good. They showed me around the car and told me about he different models. They helped with getting the finance over the line, it was quite quick. So far so good

I bought a Discovery from Williams Motor Company and I like the ride height compared to my older car. Room for the kids is better, fuel economy not that great but it’s a nice smooth drive. Had a test drive and put deposit down. Told it would be a seven day turnaround but it ended up being a little bit longer hence the score rating but the salesman was sound and the car was ready, all valeted and serviced on collection. They refurbed the front wheels and sorted a stone chip so was pretty impressed with that.

Saw the car on Autotrader, had bit of back and forth on the phone and went to see it when it was all ready. Once I'd had the test drive and was happy we did the paperwork and I drove it home. Sales staff were very good, upfront about everything. Generally pretty helpful with questions. Just had little problem with spare key but spoke to the dealership and they have offered me a solution, other than that its going good. I have already recommended them to family. Brilliant job with the service they provided.

I've always wanted a Range Rover and so I went for the the top of the range Evoque... I actually had to gamble on this car as with such good mileage for the age I knew it would be snapped up so I paid money to them before seeing the car, but the reviews for this dealership gave me reassurance. The gamble paid off and it's all going good, I would return if I chose to buy again but i would recommended Williams Motor Company to my friends and family.

I’ve had the Velar for around a month and it’s been absolutely fine overall. I do get a tyre pressure warning on the front tyre every now and again, so I may need to have it checked for a slow puncture. The buying process was very good. They processed my part exchange straight away, and I handled most of the purchase remotely after test driving the car. The vehicle was then delivered, which was helpful as the dealership wasn’t exactly around the corner. The only issue was communication. After I’d paid for the vehicle in full, I tried calling several times one evening but couldn’t get an answer, and there wasn’t an answerphone to leave a message. Getting in touch was a bit difficult, but it was understandable because they are so busy, but overall it was a positive experience, and I'm very pleased with the motor.

My wife is enjoying the Jaguar F-Pace so much that I can't get the key off her. The dealership was very good. It was a bit confusing at first because they have a number of sites, but once we worked out where the car was, the process was very quick and very smooth. The only issue was some damage to the passenger seat. I asked for a leather repair, but what was done feels more like a patch than a repair. We did need the car in a rush because my wife didn’t have one, so I only gave the dealership two or three days to prepare it and accept some responsibility for the limited time they had. Apart from that, the experience was very good.

We live about seven hours away, so we didn't actually visit Williams Motor Company in person. Instead, we spoke with the team over the phone, and they drove the car down to us, The communication was good throughout.
