I have known this family run business for the last 25 years,I can only go on the dealings I have had with Access Commercials, they are very loyal very trustworthy,very precise in their descriptions of vehicles, they are big commercial dealers who go on from their reputation they are good people with a very good customer base who trust them,we in Essex seem to realistically place an order for what’s needed and access find the vechicle needed it takes all the stress out of working to replace vehicles,I trade with this company for a very long period now and they are as stated very trustworthy I recommend buyers regularly,

I bought a van off Access Commercials 4 months ago. After driving around for a week I noticed the van wasn’t driving correctly, after further inspection I noticed the bonnet & back panels were out of line. When I asked Ray about this, he tried to accuse me of crashing and repairing the van within 7 days of ownership. I had my theories confirmed by FORD dealership, it was definitely a crash repair. THESE GUYS ARE CON-ARTIST....AVIOD, AVOID, AAAVIOD If you’ve seen on Watchdog these big companies are obtain unrecorded written off vehicles from insurers and repairing / selling them on within the time scale, before they are legally obligated to declare the vehicle as written off, On the national data base. Which is a HPI check, so all the vehicles will come up clear, because they haven’t been declared - this is the loop hole their using.

Went for a Nissan NV200, very welcoming John showed us around the premises at all the different options and wasn’t pushing us towards anything. Would recommend Access Commercials to anyone in the market for a quality van.

After searching the Internet for a couple weeks for a new van and visited numerous commercial vehicle dealers in Essex and surrounding areas I came across a company access commercials After looking around I spoke to John the salesman I felt totally at ease with John no pressure he showed me several vehicles I purchased a Ford transit custom I just like to say thank you and I would highly recommend access commercials to my friends And family
i needed a van quick, found access commercials through some searches, they was open sundays, popped down, met a fella called Ray, nothing was to much for him he knew his stuff, and i work in the trade! he even sorted the tax out for the van! superb service would most definitely recommend if quality of van and service is what you require
