Five stars for the car and five stars for Ace Cars.

My father’s absolutely over the moon! He loves his new Citroen Picasso and the staff at Ace were honestly brilliant. It’s been transformational getting him into an automatic and there’s no stopping him now. We did have a few issues when the MOT testing station accidentally broke the windscreen mid-test, but the guys were fantastic throughout and kept us updated the whole time. We even spoke to the owner of the dealership who was really apologetic. Everyone was great with us. In fact they were so good I’ve already recommended them to a few others.

The car’s doing well, but it’s started making a strange sound when the wheel’s turned anti-clockwise. Everything else about the car is lovely. I know it’s not a brand new car so I understand how it is. The sales team did a great job, and I’d still give Ace Cars 9.5 out of 10 despite the small issue.

So far so good I guess as all's fine with the car and I've been loving it to be fair. I picked Ace Cars as they're only down the road but I was pleased with how they dealt with everything so I can't complain really.

Super happy with the car and the service provided. Only thing i was a little concered about it nobody knew when the last gearbox oil change was done so had to get it done myself but bar that happy as i would be.

They were great, dealt with me professionally and no issues at all. The guys were very helpful and quick to get the car ready for me the same day! Happy with their service and my car!

No room for improvement, they were spot on. Had a bit of a delay due to finance on my side of things but they kept the car for me until resolved so I'm very grateful for that. They were patient and there was no pressure, car is great!

Can't fault the guys at Ace Cars. The car needed some works doing before being released and they were very open and honest about everything, they even contributed towards the cost! Car seems perfectly fine and the turnaround was surprisingly quick.

Car's great and was prepped and cleaned in readiness for collection. In regards to the dealership, they were having a really busy day when we came to pick it up, and the car was blocked in towards the back of the carpark which took a little longer than expected. Aside from this slight delay, the guys were fantastic and the service was good from start to finish.

All good, dealt with a very friendly member of the team at Ace Cars (the one with a beard) who was very helpful. It was a quick turn around getting the car on the road and I'm very impressed with their service! My air con started playing up but this was 5-6 days after getting the car so no fault of the dealers, I will be getting this fixed soon.
