The Volvo is good. I decided to change one tyre since having it, but I wanted a specific model, colour and mileage so had a look around and found the one I wanted at Ace Cars. Four stars only because I think communication could have been better, I was nearly charged a fee for something that wasn’t anything to do with me, but other than that nothing bad and I’m happy with the car.

My other car was an old Nissan that was coming to end if its life so wanted something newer. We were just looking around for a specific model of Jaguar on Autotrader and Ace Cars had one available. The only thing stopping me giving five stars was we noticed a small crack on the windscreen the next day, but I live a fairway from them so didn't go back. I can’t remember the name of the sales person but everything was very smooth and very friendly, I would recommend them to family and friends.

Not doing too bad with the car, it needed a little work but nothing major which I managed to sort out myself. They had the car I wanted after looking around on Autotrader so I went for it. Only gripe I have is the emblems on the bonnet & boot had some letters missing. On a car like a Range Rover Sport I thought that would be made right on collection. When I raised it with the dealership they said the photos show the letters were missing, but I don't think it would have costs a lot to sort out, unfortunately this hasn't been rectified.

5 - friendly salesman, not at all pushy - left to make our own decision without any of the usual sales patter.

3 i have just started having issues with the car the wiper washer isn't working now and i have a tyre pressure sensor that is out. overall the car drives well.

I came across the dealership while I was looking for cars, I was scrolling for a few days before the Volvo popped up, I liked the look of it and went to view. It was a straightforward nice and quick process, think the whole thing took about 3 days. The only thing I would say is it could have been valeted better and I did only get 1 key when I thought it came with 2. Other than that I am pleased with the car and the service.

Did have an initial issue with the gearbox, however the guys got me in and got it all sorted within a week, didn't have to pay for anything they took full action for it. The service from them was good, nice bunch of guys. I did think the car wasn't the cleanest, it didn't bother me too much but would have been nice. Since that issue has been fixed I have had no further problems. I would rate my experience overall a 4 out of 5.

Since purchase I have done a fair few and not had any problems. The customer service was all fine, not one issue I could think of. It was clean, it was ready to go for when I wanted it. I would recommend and consider going back in the future.

I've not long passed my test and picked up this Qashqai as my first car. It was a smooth transaction which made it very straightforward. He let me go view the car which I know a lot of dealers don't like, just to make sure I liked it before the lenders sent over the money. Full marks

I part exchanged my Vauxhall Adam which was perfect when I lived in London as parking there is a nightmare. But since moving up north 3 months ago I'm a lot closer to my daughter, she's only up the road with 2 children and needed a bigger car to ferry them about and fit the kids in. The staff and service was all very good, I can't criticize them all they are very polite and very helpful, just really good guys and nice as hell. I had a little problem with the one of the tyres which they said to come back and sort I didn't bother for the sake of one tyre and the fact its an hour away. They showed me all when I test drove the car, its an upgrade over my last car with a lot more on it. They are very knowledgeable at what they do, I'd give them a 5 all day long
