Practically perfect

4/5 everything was great nice and easy naz was brilliant and helpful only reason it's not 5/5 is I still haven't received my refundable holding fee from march have asked about it said it would be sorted a couple week after purchase but nothing has come through

Everything was lovely down at Essex Prestige the whole experience was spot on! The sale staff was great, the manager did everything he said he was going to do so I’m very pleased. I would absolutely recommend them.

I bought the Range Rover from Essex Prestige for my brother, the customer service was perfect I would definitely recommend them.

I turned up and got the car on the very same day, everything went great. I don’t remember the name of the saleslady who dealt with me, but she was really good, helpful and even stayed later for me. I ran into one issue with the car after 1 month of owning the car. It has some electrical issues with the suspension on the front, it has been booked into Hyundai under warranty. I was looking for an upgrade, and I got recommended the i30N as I wanted something a bit different from a Golf or a BMW.

The Volkswagen Caddy has been a good vehicle, and I’ve been getting on with it well. It was a vehicle I was specifically looking for, and I travelled to collect it. My experience at Essex Prestige was okay overall. The team was very busy, but the transaction went fine, and I had no problems with the people I dealt with. There were a few things that weren't advertised correctly, but I still went ahead with the purchase, and the caddy is a good vehicle.

The Mercedes-Benz E-Class from Essex Prestige looks great, the staff were easy to talk to and provided us with lots of information regarding the car, I’d use them again and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Been getting on alright with the BMW X4, enjoying it. I can't remember the name of the salesman I dealt with, but he was decent. Nice guy. Based on my experience buying the BMW X4, I'd recommend Essex Prestige to others looking to buy a car.

I decided to go with the BMW 3 Series mainly because it has better fuel efficiency than my previous car. Essex Prestige was great, and everyone was very helpful throughout.
