Everything went perfectly with Fort Used Car Centre, the service was quick, everything was prepared and ready for when I wanted the car. 5 out of 5.

Got the car delivered to us, it was all on time, when we saw the car it was exactly as it had been shown in pictures and as described. The customer service was spot on, I didn't have any problems it was all very positive.

Was a bit cautious previously from reading other reviews but I had a good experience buying from here. Car drives perfectly and have had no issues as of yet. Car was super tidy and clean on pickup.

Had a couple of vehicles in the past from here and have never had any issues with them. I am really pleased with the service, the car didn't come with a service book however they went the extra mile and found me one online and got it sent over to me via post which I was really appreciative for. I have never had any problems with any of the vehicles I have had from here, I would 100% consider them a trusted dealership. It was a really easy buying experience super fair and I felt looked after. Without a doubt I would give a 5 star.

The communication was good throughout and I was kept updated as and when. Everything has been okay with the vehicle I did spot a bit of oil but I am hoping it was just there prior, it is something I will be keeping my eye on for now. The customer service I was happy with, once the car was ready a week after purchase the delivery was done quickly and on time.

Can't fault the service I received from everyone at Fort. They dealt with all my queries quickly and professionally. Their after sales care has been excellent. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Helped me buy my first car. A beautiful yellow vauxhall adam, he came in fab condition. They gave him a full year MOT, a service and valeted him before I collected him. Great communication in regards to when I could collect him, the warranty and the AA roadside assist Top service 👌 great experience for buying my first car. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm a big believer there's always room for improvement so I never award full marks, but my car's absolutely grand and the service from the guys at Fort was great.

Everything’s been fine with the car so far and we’ve managed to tick a few boxes! I’ve had Dodge vehicles before but this is my first Jeep and I’m really pleased with the extra features and functionality. There were a couple of things that let the purchase experience down though unfortunately. 1.) I understood my deposit would be deducted from the overall price of the car, but when I arrived to collect it I was told that wasn’t the case. 2.) I was told the car would be prepped and ready within 7 days, but it ended up taking closer to two weeks, which was a bit frustrating. Based on the above, I’ve decided to write this three star review. I do love the car but those bits were disheartening. I believe constructive feedback helps people see where improvements can be made and those small miscommunications made a big difference to my overall experience.

My new car's so perfect!! I absolutely adore it and I literally couldn't be happier! My mum's bought her last three cars from Fort Used Car Centre now and we'd never buy from anyone else. Jason was great and everyone made everything so easy. I had a bit of an issue with my insurance so the lads even sped up the MOT for me so I could collect it ASAP which I really appreciated. Can't thank them enough and would give them 10 out of 10 if I could!
