We got the car delivered to us as we live in Cornwall, the communication was spot on from start to finish. Everything was done over the phone but Tom who we dealt with was accommodating in getting back to us quickly and making sure any questions we had were answered. We are missing floor mats, spare tyre and the tools in the back of the vehicle, I am unsure if these were misplaced while the car was being cleaned, however other than that everything seems great.

Kelly and Alex were lovely to deal with. Alex was nothing but helpful and accommodating. It was a quick process, no messing around. I didn't ever feel like I was being pushed into the sale, it was a very relaxed and enjoyable buying process. If I could give a 10 star I would!

I am more than happy with my new vehicle, it is running well, no problems at all. The service was Fantastic, everything went smoothly, it was good as gold if I say so myself!

It has to be a 5 out of 5 stars. I can't complain, from start to finish, the Ford Transit I bought in September has been great, and so was my experience.

I recently bought a Citroen Relay from Karl Smith Car Sales. When I originally collected the vehicle, I got about 40 miles back to Scotland when it broke down. Credit to the dealership, who recovered the van for me, replaced the gearbox and clutch, and then, as a goodwill gesture, delivered it to my address in Scotland. Even though there was an issue with the van straight after purchase which is not ideal, the way they handled it means I would still give them 5 stars.
